These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Sharkmondo website and services. By accessing sharkmondo.in or engaging our digital marketing services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

Sharkmondo provides digital marketing services including SEO, PPC advertising, social media marketing, web design and development, content creation, and related consulting. The scope, deliverables, and timelines for any engagement are defined in a separate proposal or agreement between Sharkmondo and the client.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and necessary access (accounts, assets, credentials) required for Sharkmondo to deliver agreed services. Delays caused by incomplete or late client input may affect project timelines.

3. Payments

Fees, billing cycles, and payment terms are agreed upon separately for each engagement. Late payments may result in a pause of ongoing services until outstanding invoices are settled.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, deliverables created specifically for a client (such as website designs or written content) become the client’s property, unless otherwise agreed. Sharkmondo retains rights to its own tools, frameworks, and pre-existing materials used in delivering services.

5. Results & Guarantees

While Sharkmondo applies industry best practices to every campaign, digital marketing outcomes (such as rankings, traffic, or conversions) depend on factors outside our control, including market conditions and platform algorithm changes. We do not guarantee specific results unless explicitly stated in a signed agreement.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate an ongoing engagement per the notice period specified in the applicable agreement. Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain payable.

7. Limitation of Liability

Sharkmondo’s liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
